Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at brothers2go.com or engaging our remodeling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all services provided by Brothers2Go Remodeling LLC ("Brothers2Go," "we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you," "client," "homeowner") in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding regions of Texas. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Brothers2Go Remodeling LLC provides residential and light commercial remodeling services including but not limited to:

• ◆Bathroom remodeling and renovation
• ◆Kitchen remodeling and renovation
• ◆Epoxy floor coating and installation
• ◆Wood fence staining, sealing, and painting
• ◆Flooring installation (hardwood, LVP, tile, laminate)
• ◆General home renovation and improvement
• ◆Room additions and structural work
• ◆Full home remodeling projects

Estimates and Quotes

AI-powered estimates provided through our website are preliminary and for informational purposes only. They are based on information you provide and standard market rates in the DFW area, and should not be construed as a binding contract or final price.

A formal written quote will be provided after an on-site assessment by a Brothers2Go representative. The written quote constitutes our official pricing for the scope of work described therein. Prices are subject to change if the project scope changes during work.

Project Contracts

Before any remodeling work begins, Brothers2Go and the client will execute a written Project Agreement that includes:

• ◆Detailed scope of work and specifications
• ◆Material selections and specifications
• ◆Total project price and payment schedule
• ◆Estimated start date and completion timeline
• ◆Change order procedures
• ◆Warranty terms

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are as follows unless otherwise specified in your Project Agreement:

• ◆Deposit (typically 30–50%) due at contract signing to secure your project start date
• ◆Progress payments at agreed-upon milestones during the project
• ◆Final payment due upon project completion and client approval
• ◆Accepted payment methods: check, bank transfer, or major credit cards

Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Brothers2Go reserves the right to suspend work on projects with outstanding balances.

Warranty

Brothers2Go provides the following warranties on our work:

• ◆2-year workmanship warranty on all Brothers2Go labor from the date of project completion
• ◆Manufacturer warranties pass through to the client for all installed materials and products
• ◆Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period
• ◆Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, clients agree to:

• ◆Provide clear and timely access to the work area during agreed-upon working hours
• ◆Remove personal belongings from work areas before work begins
• ◆Make timely decisions on material selections to avoid project delays
• ◆Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• ◆Communicate change requests in writing through the proper change order process

Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before the additional work begins. Change Orders will specify the additional cost and any impact on the project timeline. Verbal change requests will not be binding.

Permits and Inspections

Brothers2Go will obtain all permits required for the agreed scope of work as part of our service. The client is responsible for ensuring that any HOA approvals or easement permissions required are obtained prior to project start. Inspection fees from city or county authorities are included in our project pricing unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

Brothers2Go's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation as required by Texas law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal action.
